Work History:

1994-2012: Lowry Redevelopment Authority (LRA)
Retired as Executive Director at the end of 2012. The LRA was formed by Denver and Aurora To redevelop the former Lowry Air Force Base that closed in 1994. Tom was responsible for Real estate sales, marketing, business and financial planning, site improvements and overall Project administration. Lowry won many local, state, and national awards, replaced more Than 7,000 lost jobs, and was a $7 billion positive economic benefit for the cities.

1978-1993: Oil and Gas business. Di Nardo and Markham, oil and gas properties

1974-1978: Director of Physical Plant, Auraria Higher Education Center, Denver.

1972-1974: Real Estate Development. Projects in Colorado and Mexico

1966-1972: Air Force Officer, resigned as Captain

Other activities:

2004-2006: President of Association of Defense Communities (ADC). ADC is the nation's leading Organization supporting communities with active, closed, and closing defense Installations.

1981-present: Valley Country Club, President 1986-87

Personal: Married: wife Kathy, two grown children, and 3 grand children
