Tracy Zabel is a CPA with exclusive non-profit financial management experience. She grew up on a farm in Minnesota and graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree. She worked for McGladrey & Pullen, LLP in Minneapolis for three years before moving to Colorado in 2009. Upon her move, she joined Kundinger, Corder & Engle, P.C., a CPA firm that specializes in providing audit and tax services to Denver area non-profit organizations. In February 2016, Tracy became the controller at Denver Botanic Gardens.
Tracy served on the board of directors of Girls on the Run of the Rockies from September 2011 through January 2016 and held the Vice Chair and Treasurer roles and also was as a volunteer coach for three seasons. Currently, she also serves on the board of directors of Swallow Hill Music, the audit committee for PetAid Colorado and is a member of the finance committee at her place of worship. Outside of work and volunteering, she is passionate about live music, running, traveling and improving her golf game. She lives in Denver with her husband Adam.
