Bob Webster

CGA Board Member

Bob is currently a CGA Governor, as well as being Colorado State Chairman and member of the Board of Governors for the Western Golf Association/Evans Scholars Foundation. Born in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1959, Bob attended the University of Colorado as a recipient of an Eisenhower/Evans Scholarship and graduated in 1982 with a B.A. in Economics. While at CU, he was Director of the CU Program Council, then known as one of the nation's premier concert and student activity organizations promoting concerts such as the Rolling Stones at Folsom Field. After graduation from CU, he was trained by EF Hutton and in 1983 was licensed as a General Securities Registered Representative. In 1991 he was licensed as a General Securities Principal, in 1995 was registered as an Investment Advisor Representative and in 1997 earned the designation of Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS). While continuously servicing his investment clientele, he has also held financial-services management positions: Product Coordinator for Managed Money at Hanifen, Imhoff, Inc. (1987), Branch Manager at D.E. Frey & Company, Inc. (1991), and Branch Manager at First Allied Securities, Inc., (2000). Bob is currently President of Webster Investment Advisors, Inc., an investment firm specializing in wealth management for high net worth individuals and families. Bob is a proud parent of two teen girls, Chandler and Kelsey, and is an avid golfer, skier and active participant in Boulder community and University of Colorado affairs. He has been a Director of the Western Golf Association since 2002. He is a past Director of the Boulder Philharmonic, the University of Colorado Foundation, Inc., the CU Buff Club and the Boulder Country Club.
