There’s something about the Epson Tour’s IOA Golf Classic that brings out the best in Jenny Coleman.
The former University of Colorado golfer tied for eighth on Sunday in the tournament in Longwood, Fla. That comes two years after her most recent appearance at the tournament, and that was when she claimed her lone Epson Tour title at the 2023 IOA Golf Classic.
Overall, Sunday’s showing — worth $5,225 — was the 21st career top 10 on the Epson Tour for the 32-year-old.
Coleman, a veteran of 85 LPGA Tour starts — and three top-10 showings on that circuit — posted rounds of 69-67-72 for a 5-under-par total that left her six strokes behind champion Gina Kim. It was Coleman’s first start of 2025 on the Epson Tour.
Also scoring a top-10 on Sunday was 2022 Inspirato Colorado Women’s Open champion Clariss Guce, who placed third (70-66-70). Two-time CWO winner Becca Huffer from Monument (69-69-71) was 12th.
