Despite the intense 96-degree heat, the young golfers at CommonGround Golf Course displayed remarkable resilience and skill as they battled their way from the round of 32 to the sweet 16. The competition was fierce, and the matches provided plenty of drama and excitement.
The 2024 CGA State Junior Championship kicked off with an exhilarating first day of competition at the beautiful CommonGround Golf Course under the blazing sun. The field comprised 25 talented girls and 65 skilled boys who teed off in morning and afternoon waves.
The tournament’s Overall Low Net Honors Champions with a net 7-under-par 58 are Patricia Graham and Sarah Patterson. The Niblick was full of excitement with a hole-in-one and an eagle!
