Jennifer Kupcho went to the other side of the world to post her best individual finish on the LPGA Tour since September.
The Colorado native, who was inducted into the Colorado Golf Hall of Fame in December, matched her low LPGA Tour round in five months with a bogey-free 7-under-par 65 on Sunday to tie for 11th in the Honda LPGA Thailand.
It’s Kupcho’s top showing in an individual LPGA Tour event since placing seventh at the Walmart NW Arkansas Championship in September.
The three-time LPGA Tour winner recorded scores of 72-67-70-65 for a 14-under-par total, which left her 14 strokes behind champion Angel Yin. Kupcho made 21 birdies over the four days.
Sunday’s 65 tied Kupcho’s low final round in an individual LPGA event since October 2023.
Kupcho’s performance in Thailand earned her $30,397. She’ll remain in Asia to compete in the HSBC Women’s World Championship starting Thursday in Singapore.
